Very fine and quick, but would you not save a bit if you waited till all the books were ready before sending them? It's not a matter of life and death, and it seems to me to be a waste of resources.
Quite another thing. I wanted extra copies of some of the literary magazines, like Orbis and Dream Catcher, to which I had contributed, but you do not seem to bother selling literary magazines; why not?
