When purchasing anything on line I expect a seller to only offer what is readily available. Having bought a book I was after after a weeks wait informed it had not yet been sourced and I was given the opportunity to cancel the order and buy elsewhere. I agreed to do this and so ordered another copy of the same book from elsewhere. Within a couple of ours you then told me I could not cancel as my order had been fulfilled. I then ended up with two copies of the same book, which being a pensioner, I have have well done without. It was not cost effective to return one due to postage costs. So I was extremely disappointed to have been treated the way I was. I was not even offered an apology
