I was not very impressed with the service. I had a voucher giving me 10% off the purchase of two books. I wanted one book sent to Canada and one book sent to a UK address. This was not possible on one order form as there was only one address option for delivery. I therefore had to use two order forms and cross refer them to each other, quoting the discount code on both. This seemed to confuse either the computer or the staff or both. No discount was deducted until I subsequently pointed it out, having been charged full price, and then only on one book. The Canadian book didn't arrive for Christmas, although it was ordered by the last date for delivery and I had to write and tell customer services that they had not refunded the discount on the second book, for which I had been charged full price. Is this really the best you can do?
