Ordered books in plenty of time for Christmas. Six days after placing order I received an email saying order was unavoidably delayed, this was a week before Christmas, these were Christmas presents. Went online to cancel order as I had found items elsewhere. Received an email saying I couldn't cancel order, only return items when received. In the event the items turned up in time, but this still created unnecessary aggravation at a busy time of year. Poor systems in place and shocking customer service. They then had the nerve to offer me a discount off my next order, I've got news, there won't be a next order!!
