My book arrived in an envelope that was too narrow, resulting in it popping open in transit. The book therefore arrived a little damp and slightly damaged on the corners.
I sent some feedback to the company recommending that they use bigger envelopes in the future. However, they totally misread my email as a demand for a refund and said they would only give me one if i sent a page of the book.
The book was a gift. I didn't want any money, I just wanted to rectify their mistake but I'm beggining to wish i had asked for a refund!
