I have used Wordery on a number of occasions and most of the time have been very pleased. However, twice now there have been problems with my order. First - it simply never arrived and I had to contact you about this (for which all you did was cancel the order and give a refund). Second, and the most recent order I made - the book arrived battered and marked. I need it for study so can't afford the time wasted to return it. But honestly this is getting a bit tiresome. I would imagine - as someone who has showed loyalty to your company with repeated purchases - that you wouldn't want to lose my custom, but frankly you are getting close to it. Best, Alex Archer
