From the point of view of ease of ordering and speed of delivery I was highly satisfied with the service. Sadly, however, on inspecting the ordered item in detail, I discovered, to my considerable dismay, that a very important page was missing from the text. The book was a stage adaptation of Charles Dickens "Hard Times" by Stephen Jeffreys, and the version begins with a song. The words to the song are printed and there is a note that the music appears on page 78 of the text. But turning to page 78, not only was the music not there, page 78 didn't in fact exist !!!! I have reported this error to customer complaints, who purport to be investigating the matter. But as yet, I have not had a satisfactory resolution to my problem.
