I have purchased from Wordery before. But with my latest order I was given a date for delivery. When it did not arrive I asked why it was late and was told that it was due for dispatch in the next few days.
After the book eventually arrived I complained about the delay and I was abruptly told that the delay was a problem with the suppliers. I was refused a discount for the delay and inconvenience. Not customer friendly service. Not an encouragement to come back.
