Although you fulfilled this order successfully, I'm disappointed about my other recent order (WRDRY-12-59-30515657 of 4th Jan 2017). Having accepted my order and taken my money, you then cancelled the order “due to a delay with the supplier”. If you offer items for sale and then accept orders for them, you need to supply them! This is basic stuff!
