This was my first direct order with wordery. I ordered two books. Both said 'In stock' on the website. One was delivered quickly, I had to wait well over 10 days for (despite the email saying 3-7 days delivery). During that time there was no update email and when I logged in the status just said 'fulfilling' with no new ETA date. Frustrating. I love wordery, the free bookmarks and when I have ordered with wordery via Amazon it has been fine. So I decided to go direct and was underwhelmed with the experience. Sorry guys.
