Good price and on-time delivery. But book was delivered in a jiffy envelope and somewhere en-transit had been bent (which bent the spine of the book and made it look second hand). Had to still give as a present which I really didn't want to do, but no time to change. Maybe put a bit of card in with books? Or a sticker on the front saying 'fragile, do not bend'?
