I'm used to getting an email to tell me my order has been processed and posted but you send one saying 'we'll get round to it' and, if you've only glanced presumptuously at the message, it takes a few days of fruitless mail drops before realising you haven't sent anything, yet.
I bought paper from you and glue from someone else at the same time on line and the glue is here. It arrived on the day you emailed to say you'd finally gotten around to posting the paper.
