My order finally arrived though it took longer than any order I have ever placed anywhere. Not being able to track it made me think it was lost. However, when I contacted your company and was told to continue being patient, and that if it were lost, it would be replaced, that was reassuring. Since the order will be gifts, I'm glad I ordered several months ahead of time.
