I was happy because I received the product I purchased, however there were quite a few scratches on the back of the book which startled me a little bit but I put up with it, bit of a shame because the 1st book i purchased from Wordery was in absolute perfect condition. Whoever is handling the goods does need to be extra careful as at the end of the day we're paying customers, and I did wait almost 2 weeks for my product and to receive it with damage on the back isn't always going to be acceptable.
