Good price, free (and mostly fast) shipping and a large selection (you can almost always find what you're looking for). The only negative thing is my last order where I ordered volume 4 - 7 in a series and only volume 5 - 7 arrived, 4 being sent much later (even though it was listed as available on the website). I guess there has to be some reason for it, but you feel pretty annoyed when you want to start reading the volumes you have but can't since you're still waiting for the first one you ordered at the same time.
