Bad management of orders and shipping information. I had my address wrong and I wrote to Wondery at the very same second the order was placed. I was told the next day that their orders are being processed right away so there is nothing to be done and my only option is to wait for the order to be returned back (due to wrong address) and then re-send it. That wasn't an option for me.
Paypal's buyer protection covered my case and solved my problem.
