This was the first of two orders, 3 days apart. Both were expected to take 10 days for delivery. This order took 32 days to arrive, the second (WRDRY-55-65-77910683) still hasn't arrived at 33 days (I cancelled that order, as it was actually time-critical and I had to purchase elsewhere).
So I'm not certain anything went wrong other than your transport contractor's claimed delivery times being one third of actual.
