You didn't ask what made me unhappy which is a bit of a biased survey! How are you supposed to improve your customer experience if you don't try to improve on issues found?
What made me unhappy? The wordery bumph stuck to the inside page of my book meaning that I had to tear it off damaging the inside page. Nothing substantial was damaged but perhaps a learning process for your packer.
