The Critical Vaccine Studies book I had ordered from you has arrived in not good shape as was packed by wordery in the soft envelope. Due to the size of the parcel the postman had to put all efforts to push in by force the book to the mail box, what has caused book deformation.
I Think all of your deliveries should be arranged in harder envelopes to prevent any deformations
