I received courteous and efficient notification and follow up, however my last book took a month, not two weeks, to arrive. Apparently it had taken a rather circuitous route! When it finally arrived it was in good order. Previous orders have not been delayed and the prices are generally quite competitive. Free delivery is a definite plus.
