The true rating is probably 2.5 stars. My service was not entirely poor but neither was it entirely acceptable. The product itself was perfect and arrived in good condition. However, it arrived after the expected delivery date which was unfortunate as it was a gift and needed by the maximum number of delivery days. I make many online orders and, aside from a couple from the US over the years, all arrive within the expected time frame (including some previous orders from Wordery). Of course, Wordery may not be directly responsible for the late delivery however it is unfortunate that their shipping partners do not provide tracking as that would have allowed me to make an easier and earlier decision about what I would provide as a gift if this package didn't arrive by the anticipated date. Fortunately, I have had good experiences with Wordery in the past and this will not stop me from purchasing from them again however it will make me more cautious. If I need something quickly or within a reasonable time frame, Wordery will not be my first choice.
