Disappointed that there was no faster delivery option than 5 and more days, with a book in stock not being dispatched till 2 days had passed. I'm told on inquiry that sometimes a faster delivery is offered, but seems rather seldom. The reply from Danielle at help@wordery to my inquiry if a faster option could be considered in future was quite off-putting, as though no improvement could be contemplated.
