When I ordered the book, NOWHERE did it state that it was not in stock and had to be ordered until after the purchase was complete. I received an email stating it would be with me in 13 working days. When I checked the on the order, it was being pushed out for almost a month. I sent in a request to cancel my order and was given a reply that "due to the stage of processing your order has now reached I am unable to prevent the dispatch of your order to you. We are sorry for any inconvenience which may be caused by our automated processing system." According to the website at that point, the book had not even shipped. Either the automation needs updating or retraining.
