Fast and prompt delivery. It would have been 5 star except that my parcel was open along the long edge, there was no packing to secure the book so it was sliding around inside quite a large box. I don't know if someone had been inside the package and removed the packing or whether this is how it was dispatched. A Christian hymn book was obviously not worth taking!
