The delivery arrived, but much longer than the estimated time of 4-5 days. This was not a huge problem in this case, it was not an urgent present, but we worried that the order was lost as the recipient address has problems with this. The customer service reply to my request was a standard reply and not helpful. Incidentally the order arrived the same day I made the enquiry.
