When I placed my order, the confirmation said that it would be with me in 4 working days. 4 working days later I had an email to say my order had been dispatched and would be with me in 4 working days, so it took quite a while to arrive. But, it did arrive, so that is the main thing :)
Also, one of the books I ordered had a quite a few pages that were damaged at the corners quite badly. The book is still readable, so I didn't feel the need to return it.
Apologies for the slight grumbles, I have never had any issues with you before.
