The book I ordered was delivered on time but for some unexplained reason was sent to a local Matalan store who have no agreement to accept deliveries for third parties. Luckily they had not binned it as a possible malicious hoax parcel and I was able to collect it. I did query this with Wordery but just had an email saying it had been sent to to the above store which of course I had already discovered. One of life's mysteries and certainly they need to buck up their despatch department !!!!!!!!
