Pre-ordered a book in July for September delivery, and it didn't turn up, I had to chase them for months (they never updated me without me enquiring first) until November when they told me the book was not going to be available, as they had run out of stock.
They'd already placed the order and taken my money so I don't see how this could happen..
As a 'sorry' they offered me a 10% off voucher - on the same day that they added a 15% off code to the general public for black Friday - which felt very disappointing.
Would not order from them again purely for this poor customer contact and bad stock awareness.
