Wordery are usually very good, but I had a query on my order as it was marked incorrectly on the website, I was then given the wrong info - probably because it was wrong on the website - then decided to keep it anyway as it would have cost the fee of the book to return it to America, only to realise when i opened it, it was in-fact what i had originally hoped for. So the web description was incorrect and the advisor wasn't very helpful, but apart from that they are usually great.
