The book price and packaging was very good. There was a problem/delay with the delivery which is why I am marking it down. I had the option to cancel when I checked and saw there a delay for Wordery to get the book out to me and I threatened to cancel my order fearing I might not get it in time for Christmas as it was to be a gift. Then I was told the book would be despatched promptly. I wonder if I hadn't said that I might cancel would it have made a difference. However I felt I wanted to give more e.g. 4 stars as the problem might not have been entirely of Wordery's own doing but decided on 3 stars finally.
