Books now being placed loosley in large boxes so arrive damaged. Two separate deliveries have arrived with damaged books but Hive say it is too late for them to be replaced before Christmas. Oddly, the next day Hive were still sending promo emails offering delivery in time for Christmas!
Hopefully they will sort thier packaging issues out quickly.
