My orders (2) were placed on November 16 which should have been early enough to receive before Christmas. I had notices that both parcels had been dispatched for delivery by November 22. It is now December 28. I have not received either parcel. They are getting 2 stars since they have been in continual contact and are trying hard to provide good customer service. My last email gave me a choice of refund or replacement. I have chosen replacement so I do hope to see my purchases when the Christmas rush is over.
