The book was not available from your supply chain. I was informed of this, and that you could not say when you would be able to supply it. I duly requested a cancellation and refund and then went and purchased one from my local independent bookshop. The day after you told me about the delay and offered me the cancellation I received an email from you saying the book had been despatched to me! I returned it to you.
The responses from Charlotte were insufficient and unsatisfactory. Please refer to my emails to yourselves on this matter.
