Placed an order late on 6th December as the website said to order before 11th for Christmas delivery, and that the order would be received within 5 to 11 working days, which should have been 22nd at the latest. When my confirmation email arrived it stated that my order was due to arrive on or before 27th which would obviously miss Christmas. I was concerned that my item would be late so emailed them, had no response so emailed them again, and finally received a response 7 days later. I replied to that email and have still no received no reply. Thankfully my order did arrive in plenty of time but I was so disappointed with the lack of response and the unnecessary concern it caused that I'll order elsewhere in future.
