Ordered on the 13th December. Initial delivery estimate kept getting put back further and further without being dispatched. Once dispatched there was no way of tracking the parcel and it arrived only just in the nick of time for me to send first class for a present. Was very worrying and I was cross because Wordery was still offering next day delivery to new customers - I was thinking all the time they are picking the next day orders, mine is going to the bottom of the list! I would prefer them to look after their existing customers a bit better.
