Prices are good but delivery was very slow and there wasn't enough communication. I waited almost two weeks for my items and started to worry they wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. All was fine in the end, but it would have been good to have had expectations managed about delivery times at the beginning, rather than quietly pushing back the delivery date.
