While the price for the book was good, and the ordering process was nice and easy, the following has left me disappointed.
I paid for tracked next day courier delivery to receive the book before I go on a break to read it there (as I need to before I get back to work). The day the book was meant to arrive they notified that it will arrive late, after I leave.
I got in touch with customer services to cancel the order which they couldn't do, I then requested a confirmation that I will get a full refund (including the express delivery fee) and all I got in response was an automated message saying that they can't reimburse delivery fees.
This is appalling as not only the book wasn't delivered on time (after having chosen the courier), but also the customer services having zero engagement.
