I ordered the goods for a Christmas present and despite receiving notification that the order was on its way, sadly once it was handed to royal mail it never arrived. I contacted Wordery and they were really helpful and offered to send me a replacement product or provide refund. As they would not be able to get the replacement product to me in time for Christmas I opted for a refund. Although I did not receive the product, the action to refund my money was done quickly and efficiently and so I was happy that they had come to a fair resolution. As this was my first experience of using Wordery, I would be willing to give them another chance and would try them again in the future.
