I ordered 2 books on December 4th. One book never arrived, despite it being marked as 'delivered'. The second book (that was bought as a Christmas present, prior to the Christmas delivery cut off) arrived January 4th.
However, the customer service was impeccable. Charlotte from Customer Services responded to my email explaining the situation with 12 hours, and provided me with a full refund.
I provide this bad review to ensure it is brought to attention (in case this is an issue with the delivery service?) but thank Charlotte for her response and understanding
