I cancelled my order shortly after ordering it (less 10 mins later), but to do this I had to send an email, which was then manually reviewed by a person who then would cancel the order. By the time someone read my email, the shipment had already been dispatched, so now I paid for a book that I didn't want.
Less than ideal. Please automate this function.
