Book good quality, price fine but the packaging you use is too big. I have a 11.5 inch wide letter box and it doesn't fit. As you use the post office who won't leave it in a sensible see place, i always have to make a trip to the sorting office to pick up the Wordery parcel - which is a bit of a pain.
