Your prices are very good, your website interface is friendly and the website experience, check out are positive - as it would be expected - so everything good BUT your dispatch time and delivery time are very slow, hence the 3 out of 5 rating. If dispatch/delivery were a bit faster - not even a lot, jst a bit - then rating would easily be 5 out of 5.
