I order a number of things from Wordery, as I prefer to use alternatives to Amazon wherever possible. Unfortunately, around 30% of my purchases arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging. Some items have also arrived with warped pages, too, which appears to be due to high moisture / humidity levels in the warehouse. I'm not sure if this is the fault of Wordery or their suppliers, but I don't experience the same issue with other retailers. Wordery are always very good at sending replacements, but I'd much rather not have the problem in the first place, as it wastes my time.
