Products good and well packed but in house processing of orders seem a bit slow compared to rivals. However, if you buy off wordery via amazon they seem to be more concerned about speed of service. Would consider buying again if they would smarten up their internal processing OR EMPLOY MORE STAFF. Smaller companies can have a book on my mat within TWO DAYS of order EVEN if ordered late on saturday!!
