Both books were sliding around in the cardboard sleeves, some extra packaging would have been better, perhaps bubble wrap?
One book had a dust jacket which had moved considerably down the book, if the book had been wrapped, this would not have occurred!
Fortunately, there was no real damage to either book.
Hopefully, packaging will be reviewed?
