Delivery was late, and arrived too late. Estimated delivery, even at the latest date, had factored in more than enough time for the item to arrive.
I understand Wordery are experiencing delays with delivery, as when I enquired about it being late (no one let me know before I got in touch), I received an automatic email explaining that delivery estimate is just an estimate. In which case, surely the estimate date should be a much longer window to be clear, and to manage customer expectations.
