I ordered two identical items in error ( because your order page said "Oops something went wrong" so I started again and 're ordeted).
I could have accepted that as a simple mistake but when I contacted customer service the response time was so slow that the items had already been dispatched!
Finally the books arrived with front covers showing damage. Overall a disappointing service but an excellent book.
