I ordered books in good time for March 30th. They turned up a day after I actually needed them.
I feel things would be better if purchasers were informed if unexpected delays were anticipated so that there was a chance to cancel. This is in addition to the tracking.
Really disappointed, but at least I will have the books for the future.
