It was a gift I sent to a friend but the book was in pretty bad shape. The dust jacket was ripped in several places and the cover was dented. I don't know if it left Wordery's warehouse like that or got damaged during transport but I was really dissapointed. Even more so since it was a gift. It looked like a bad secondhand book. I know you guys have been improving your wrapping methods (more paper to keep the book from moving in the cardboard box) to avoid that sort of problem and I'm really greatfull you actually took into account your customers feedback but clearly there's still some improvement to do...
