very slow turn around from ordering, one of my order's is still delayed which was ordered on the 14th of april, email's are responded to slowly and seem automated, facebook correspondence is good, but i dont want to have to use that for transactions as its not secure, good prices on items, but i am not sure i will use wordery again because of the slowness, which is a shame, like i said the folks who do the facebook page a are very nice and helpfull but i am not sure this makes up for how i have been left and am still waiting for books.
